About Clayton Hering
I am a high achiever that started in the Medical field 13 years ago as a phlebotomist that was enrolled in Nursing School. I quickly fell in love with the heart (No Pun Intended) and began to seek work in the Cardiac Cath Lab. I worked on the Medical/Surgical floor for 1 year as an LPN and through developed relationships received a Cath Lab RN position as a new grad. I moved back to my home state of Colorado 2 years later to become the Cath Lab Lead at Sky Ridge Medical Center. I was privileged to develop relationships with Boston Scientific and 3 years later was hired as a Clinical Specialist. In July of 2017 I became a Therapy Consultant for Boston Scientific and moved my entire family across the country to South Carolina to do so. My experience with Boston was nothing short of incredible, and led me back into practice and closer to family and friends as the Director of Cardiology at Menorah Medical Center in Overland Park, KS. I am constantly seeking to improve and become more. In November of 2019 I took on additional roles as the director of GI and Multispecialty Recovery Area. In January 2021 I was blessed with a great opportunity to become the territory manager for Abbott CardioMEMS, a role that fulfills my purpose. I obtained a MBA from Baker University in 2021. I live life with a Growth Mindset, an Above The Line Attitude, and I love getting better through taking risk and facing challenges. I love my job, the people I work with, and patients lives we improve!
