Pricing / Costing Analysis Analyze pricing requests to identify account / shipment characteristics, review current profitability, utilize costing models project future profitability to develop proposals. Once a pricing proposal is accepted, I complete various administrative tasks to implement the pricing proposal and monitor. SMC - Cost Intelligence System (aka CIS / TCG) Administer Monthly Processing Includes generating files, running processes, reviewing issues, and analyzing results Continue to work with SMC and an internal team to refine the costing model and provide reporting. Process Review / Key Performance Indicators Working with Pricing Leadership to identify key metrics, analyze processes, develop new processes to measure and report, as well as providing follow up as needed to provide results. Data Analytics Utilize SSMS, T-SQL, SSRS, Access, Excel, and Word daily to extract transform and Load (ETL), analyze, and then create data sets and reports. Salesforce Administration Duties include weekly backups, security updates for users and profiles, adding/modifying fields in objects, relating fields between tables, creating custom objects, utilizing data loader/wizard to import, update, and export data. Creating reports and dashboards. Creating email templates and alerts, and rules. Exploring new functionality to improve Salesforce effectiveness.
