I’m passionate about building relationships and helping students and young professionals explore career opportunities. As the Talent Outreach Programs Specialist at Gray, I lead community outreach initiatives that strengthen our reputation as a top workplace. My role includes managing career fairs and conferences, overseeing mentorship and bridge programs, and leading intern recruitment efforts. This has led to Gray being recognized as an Employer of the Year at the University of Kentucky, a top 100 internship program nationally and more. Previously, I served as a Higher Education Admissions Recruitment Director, where I led the recruitment strategy for the University of Kentucky’s largest incoming freshman class in 2022. I hold a Master of Public Administration with expertise in strategic planning and nonprofit management. My strengths include public speaking, written communication, and program coordination, as well as experience in recruitment travel management and fostering partnerships with campus and community stakeholders.
