About Clay S.
I am eager to continue driving revenue and relationships within an athletics program to grow student-athletes and enhance community they represent. Having intentionally gathered experience and mentor guidance at a range of college settings as well as private high schools, I am poised to settle into a leadership role promoting and driving a program to its full potential. The Covid-era has only strengthened my desire to help student-athletes and their athletics infrastructure operate safely and strategically for optimal success. My background includes enthusiastically bolstering sponsorships and leading promotions through the range of game engagement, social media campaigns, and partnerships with school-age athletes. I’ve worked within established programs and helped grow others with critical hires, facility planning, and high-profile apparel agreements. I’m a deft communicator and strategic thinker, and sound decision-making has never been more important in intercollegiate and interscholastic athletics. Creating a culture of accountability and success for schools and student-athletes is my top priority.
