As a board member, I serve as an advisor to MNP, Inc. primarily on ecological, land management, and restoration activities/issues. As the lead author of MNP\'s 2011 Land Management Plan, I work with MNP staff, Ecological Planning Committe members and volunteers to help guide the trajectory of restoration and ecological monitoring activities. I also promote MNP by occassionally speaking at MNP functions and assisting with environmental education events at the preserve. My work at MNP has been very rewarding and I hold a great deal of respect for those individulas and groups who have had a hand in restoring and preserving this rich and diverse landscape.
