As the Chief Operating Officer at Industrial Threaded Products, I oversee all aspects of purchasing, quality control, company communications, facility maintenance, warehouse operations, and manufacturing. I have also spearheaded initiatives to expand our product portfolio, enter new markets, and increase customer satisfaction and retention.
