With 15+ years of experience driving large technology adoption, optimization and process automation programs, Clay blends the line between technologist and strategist while leading complex IT service management and business transformation implementations for the nation’s most critical Department of Defense organizations, Federal Health agencies and the world’s largest financial institutions. Clay’s strengths exist in his ability to interface with clients to translate operational needs into requirements that catalyze technology solutions, strategy, and delivery against key IT service delivery objectives. Clay’s professional experience includes significant focus across all aspects of the ITIL lifecycle from service strategy to operations, implementing and optimizing large scale technology solutions to drive IT service delivery and automation on the ServiceNow platform and support parallel operational transition, governance and business process development. His ServiceNow implementation experience covers a broad scope of ServiceNow capability, including: ITSM, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, CMDB, Discovery, Catalog, App Engine, Integrations, Scoped Applications and more.Clay is a proven leader that offers a unique and fresh perspective to technical delivery and employs strategic thinking against project objectives. His delivery and leadership have earned recognition from industry as well as government through receipt of awards from the CIO of the Department of Defense, CIO Magazine, the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), and BMC Software. Clay has an active Secret clearance.
