Responsible for the Change Management strategy, team and execution needed to support our three-year portfolio of initiative driven projects. Drive the infusion of Executive Coaching and Leadership Effectiveness into the Cigna Medical Group culture through the lens of Change Management with the goal of enhancing leader change acumen and increased change resilience. Part of meeting the needs of a large organization on the people side of change is constantly evolving to the ever changing business landscape. My Change Management practices continue to iterate as I incorporate Agile thinking to align with emerging business practices that drive the metrics of success here in the Cigna Medical Group- Lead all change management activities for our Epic EHR implementation, and the ongoing sustainment strategy for cadenced Epic refreshes- Design, implement and survey Change Management communication vehicles to support all projects across Cigna Medical Group- Deliver Prosci Change Management Practitioner training to multiple leader cohorts across Cigna to continue to strengthen the organizations change management acumen.
