My focus is building and scaling a high-performing, client-first organization that delivers strategic risk management solutions while creating an environment where top talent can do the best work of their careers. I partner closely with our production, consulting & service teams, and carrier relationships to ensure we consistently show up at the highest level—not just as service providers, but as trusted advisors who influence meaningful business outcomes.What drives me most is developing people and building teams that operate with clarity, accountability, and pride in their craft. I believe great organizations are built by individuals who take true ownership—of their results, their growth, and their impact on others. A core part of my role is coaching and elevating our teams to think and operate like CEOs of their book, bringing a more strategic, executive-level mindset to both client relationships and internal leadership.I am passionate and committed to aligning performance and culture.
