Evaluate 1GW down to 5MW potential project\'s AOIs on their site feasibility and provide feedback on design constraints and innovative solutions to potential risks using desktop materials and onsite field work- Prepare consultant RFPs, follow up and compare bids, and lead negotiation of deliverable schedule, commercial and agreement terms- Pre-construction project manager of the boundary survey/ALTA, Civil Design, Geotechnical evaluations, and foundation structural design of utility scale wind and solar projects- Prepare necessary documentation to coordinate crossing agreements with existing utilities in collaboration with land legal counsel and development leads- Support execution team project managers during construction of the utility scale projects by providing essential construction constraints, responding to RFIs, and attending monthly construction meetings- Manage FAA filings of any structures requiring airspace clearance as well as co-piloted Mitigation Agreements with the DoD when required- Work collaboratively with legal counsel, business development, finance and others to ensure a smooth transition at project sale or other offtake agreements- Onboarded new local consultants while acting as the civil lead for Apex\'s new 5-10MW DER (community) solar project initiatives.
