My experience ranges from day-to-day supervision of contractors, daily site safety inspections & audits, incident and injury investigations, conducting daily staff employee and subcontractors site specific safety orientations to developing new safety programs, Construction Health Safety Technician certified by the BCSP. OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainer for both 500 & Cal/OSHA 5109, 10 hr. & 30 hr. courses. I enjoy leading, building and mentoring effective teams and encouraging others to reach for the highest levels of performance possible.
