About Clay McClain
Outpatient physical therapist with over 10 years of clinical experience. Operations experience leading and managing books of business from 6 sites to over 100 sites. Most recently overseeing Results PT in Middle TN, Southern KY, and Southern IN generating $70 million in revenue by delivering over new patient evaluations and over unique patient visits. As Vice President of Operations I oversee all functionality of the territory including: Clinical Operations, Staffing oversight, Clinical Quality, Outcomes Delivery, Financial Planning and Fiscal Responsibility, Strategic Growth, Denovo and Footprint Expansion, Clinical and Operational Efficiency, and Forecasting future needs to align with company expectations and realizing future opportunities.
