I am a RTE for Bank Products and Services Agile Release Train. My primary role is gathering data analytics to be used by high level executives. In addition, my main focus is to work with management for IT transition from San Antonio to Plano and the team transformation to agile as well as drive change to adopt USAA core agile values- Key member of helping build out new USAA Bank BI staff in Plano, TX- Lead charge on qTest rollout to push toward 100% compliance by building out qTest training materials and hold office hours to help teams train and fix issues- Lead BDA SM CoP in which we built BDA SM wiki page to centralize and customize information to enhance all BDA SM work - I teach Agile teams the details of Agile/SAFe to enable them to be high performing self-managed teams- Coached multiple Scrum Masters on how to be more effective to their teams and stakeholders- Coach Tech Leads on how to handle various personnel issues within and between teams- Enable improvement in team delivery commitments and capacity planning for sprints by identifying and tracking hidden tasks that increased work visibility and customer satisfaction- Implemented work template innovation in Jira that enabled all of my teams to more easily groom project and program level backlogs. This increased productivity of all teams and was a keystone for my teams’ success.
