Currently responsible Risk Management for all North American operations including risk reviews related to bids and contracts, insurance administration (including workers’ compensation), direction of employee safety initiatives, assistance in legal matters, risk management and compliance reporting, as well as labor contract administration.Previously served as the HR Manager for two plants in Birmingham, Alabama Pueblo, Colorado and Chicago Illinois. Also responsible all labor relations and union negotiations for all plants in North America. I have also been a safety champion for all North American operations, served as a trustee for the 401K program, and been a member of three acquisition teams. I have also had the opportunity to schedule production at the Irondale plant and lead maintenance for both Birmingham facilities.
