Helped build out, and set processes for, an internal team focused on increasing marketing efficiency and value. Fostered collaboration across fifteen domestic marketing and media teams (and their equivalents in EMEA & APAC), Disney Ad Sales (including Ad Sales Finance & Revenue Yield Management), Enterprise Sourcing, Synergy & Promo teams, and a variety of Advanced Analytics & Data Science teams. Projects ranged across a variety of categories, including external vendor negotiations, partnerships, synergy & promo yield analysis, finance data automation, promotion of advanced analytics, consolidation of the ad tech/martech stack, media agency management, and the dissemination of best practices & thought leadership. Most recent work was focused on cleaning up and optimizing the programmatic supply path, including the packaging and distribution of multiple sources of first party data.
