About Clay Daniels

I got my first job at 17, working as a team member at my local Chick-fil-A. This role gave me a strong foundation in customer service, teamwork, time management, communication, organization, patience, optimism, and brand representation. Most importantly, it taught me not just how to serve others, but to genuinely desire to serve — even on days when I didn’t feel like clocking in.After graduating from high school, I chose to take a gap year. This decision allowed me to save money for college and thoughtfully consider my future career path. During this time, I worked at Comfort Systems USA, an HVAC company based in Birmingham, AL, to explore whether I wanted to pursue a trade or attend college. This job provided me with invaluable knowledge of machines, blueprint reading, problem-solving, time management, electrical diagnostics, system installation and repair, and troubleshooting. It also ultimately confirmed my decision to pursue a college degree.Following my gap year, I enrolled at Liberty University to study Business Administration and Finance. My plan is to earn my B.S. and then attend law school with the goal of becoming a mergers and acquisitions attorney.Currently, I am seeking internship opportunities that will further my understanding of the financial world. I would particularly value an internship with an investment bank to gain hands-on experience with mergers and acquisitions, or with a financial planner to deepen my knowledge of financial strategy and client service.
