   At Steampunk, I lead one of our largest single Salesforce implementations for the Federal government, supporting over 60k users as part of the Trade platform that enables over 15 million registered business to import and export goods in and out of the United States. This implementation includes not only the deployment of a robust Salesforce digital experience, but a suite of bespoke microservices to facilitate advanced functionality for end users. I spearheaded the usage of advanced Salesforce DevOps techniques, including 2GP Unlocked Packages to deploy enterprise grade functionality to a high availability production environment with no recorded deployment failures to date. Additionally, I previously was Lead Architect for a Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) within a large Federal government agency, providing technical guidance and architectural oversight of over 50 Salesforce applications deployed over 7 production orgs. This included designing DevOps best practices for managing the deployments of these applications, and application development best practices to support a complex enterprise environment.
