KPI analysis employed by Danos project manager to evaluate earned value, customer peers to report out value delivery, and Danos sales force to promote operations and secure future projects. • Lead R&D for expanding capability of operations. Lean heavily on vendors to help Danos lead the way on discovering and utilizing new technologies to cut the customers cost of doing business and solving their toughest challenges. • Fulfill Project Management Enterprise functions for all projects within division. Provide leadership to project managers, bidding and estimating, purchasing, supply chain and logistics, etc. to drive the entire project lifecycle - from conception, requirements gathering & design, development, monitor and control all the way through to project close out.
