I specialize in building and expanding communities, in which I focus on fostering inclusive, diverse, and supportive environments. I am often working with communication and outreach tasks, whether through social media campaigns, event coordination, or direct engagement with individuals. I strive to create spaces where diverse voices can be heard and valued. I also have a strong understanding of user experience, consistently aiming to create intuitive, accessible, and positive interactions for all. My professional journey has led me to deeply care about representation and equity, especially in spaces where marginalized genders are often underrepresented. Particularly, I\'m eager to contribute to initiatives that promote the visibility, support, and empowerment of marginalized genders in esports. Being able to continue empowering marginalized genders in esports would allow me to leverage my skills in community building, outreach, and user experience to help create a more inclusive and accessible environment for all players, especially those who face barriers in traditional or mainstream esports spaces. I\'m driven by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, helping foster an esports culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion at its core.

   Production Assistant at the Riot Games Remote Broadcast Center in Seattle, WA.• Ensure consistency across English, LATAM, and/or Brazil in-game feeds by coordinating with on-site Observers, Engineers, Producers, and/or Tech Directors, monitoring and communicating any discrepancies that may arise.• Coordinate daily logistics and perform administrative work, including budgeting for events, making crafty runs, and completing orders. Shadow key production roles, gaining visual experience in the on-air production process.
