I\'m a UX lead at Shopify. I\'m part of an incredibly talented team that works on new technologies and frameworks that we use to make Shopify more flexible, personalizable, and customizable. Our goals is to make it very easy for merchants to add features from apps into their workflows, so they can focus on growing their business.Before joining Shopify, I lead Mars Design, a design service for ventures in Toronto that helped them get to product market fit fast using KPIs to strategically drive development. I have worked with established tech companies, government departments and startups. I helped them shape experiences that empower their customers, using data and experimentation to optimize their products.
