ABOUT CLAUDIO LANZETTA

Always eager to learn new skills and improve those already set, I\'ve got a strong analytical and scenario-oriented mindset that allows me to tackle complex issues, independent of the field, given any basic knowledge.This allowed me to reach an expert level in most subjects I\'ve been confronted with in a matter of an year or so, starting from a poor or even no knowledge at all.Highly engaging to teammates, driving them by technical or procedural coaching to achieve a critical mass of expertise in a field, thus ensuring their continued evolution and support.As an INTP (Myers-Briggs type indicator) this kind of avid curiosity has always been a blessing to me not only by constantly improving myself both on a personal and professional level but also, and most of all, enjoying the process very much.Twenty quarters now scoring a hundred percent customer satisfaction; a great result achieved with different tools:Empathic, personal engagement: always going to the extra mile to solve an issue, as if it was my own;Thinking out of the box: there always is a solution, it\'s only a matter of looking for it effectively;Finally, a great focus on positive and effective communication coupled with a strong business acumen and technical expertise ensured the delivery of the best possible customer experience while always meeting internal objectives for cost metrics.Always striving for perfection: building a better world does not necessarily mean struggling to enforce obsolete ways to solve new problems, but by finding new, smarter and more appropriate tools. In that light I\'m now enjoying a new challenge: that of business and service improvement, leveraging the lean six sigma approach.This is also the path of a technology evangelist: as new tools are released on the market, employing them in a timely manner always means being able to offer services in the most efficient way, and that\'s why I\'m focusing my social skills in a technical environment.
