Being an Energy sector (Power & Utilities, e mobility) enthusiast with 20 years experience in the industry, I had the privilege to work for some of the most important and prestigious consulting and professional services organizations. Having served in several national/international industry and Client lead roles I developed deep knowledge in increasing competitiveness in the market through a wide breadth of offering and solutions, pursuing end to end value creation leveraging cooperation and synergies across teams. I’m convinced that fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment for diverse, motivated and committed teams is a key value driver. I had the chance to collaborate with many first tier Clients in major business and digital transformation programs across the whole Utilities value chain: generation, trading, trasmission, distribution, sales & marketing (both for commodities and innovative products and services). I’m honored to be regarded as a trusted advisor by some of CXO and Clients executives and a “nice to work with” professional by colleagues and partners. My main personal area of expertise is management and digital/technology consulting but due to the multidisciplinary model I’ve been involved in engagements with an heterogeneous skills matrix including: tax & legal, people advisory, M&A, sustainability,… Work sometimes can be quite demanding or satisfactory but growing my two boys with my wife it’s an even greater and rewarding challenge
