Hi, I’m Claudio Toledo, a seasoned program manager and technology leader with a strong foundation in software engineering, a deep commitment to cybersecurity, and a growing focus on AI. With over 18 years of experience, I specialize in leading complex, cross-functional programs that drive transformation, operational efficiency, and innovation at scale.Currently, I serve as a Principal Program Manager at SAP, where I oversee strategic security programs within the BTP Core Security organization. My role involves aligning technical delivery with business goals, managing risk, ensuring compliance, and building strong partnerships across teams. I\'m proud to bring structure and clarity to high-impact initiatives through PMI-aligned methodologies, strategic planning, and hands-on leadership.I\'m a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) and CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), with dual MBAs in IT Management and Project Management, which have helped me merge traditional program governance with agile, flexible execution models.Outside of my corporate role, I’m passionate about AI and emerging technologies.
