As a Digital Services Manager at Roma Capitale, I have been leading and contributing to various projects and initiatives that aim to transform and improve the public services and the quality of life for the citizens of Rome. With over six years of experience in this role, I have developed a strong expertise in digital transformation, smart city and change management, as well as a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities of the local government sector. Before joining Roma Capitale, I had a successful career of more than 20 years in the telco, information technology, media and content creation industries, where I held different positions in business development, marketing, sales, and strategy. I have worked with diverse and global clients across multiple vertical markets, such as FMCG, banking, insurance, energy, pharma, luxury, automotive, and more. I have also co-founded and co-managed my own start-up, Digit-Ali, which focused on developing a digital culture in Italy based on the collaboration between analog and digital natives. My value proposition lies in my ability to combine a digital and tech background, a marketing and communication mindset, a planning and result-oriented management culture, and a human-centered approach. I am passionate about creating shared and sustainable value in a phygital world, bridging different cultures and perspectives, and fostering innovation and creativity. I am always eager to learn, discover, and grow, and I enjoy working with high-performance teams, mentoring junior colleagues, and engaging with senior executives. Currently based in Rome, I have lived and worked mainly between Milan and Rome.
