Created and maintained fully integrated plans at the required level of detail I.e. a strategic ‘plan on a page’ - Managed projects instrumental to the successful delivery of the Financial Transformation Program within the organization e.g. platform integrations, PPM tool deployment, etc- Contributed to the definition of the PMO Governance framework - Identified internal, cross-workstream and cross–portfolio dependencies, ensuring that these are agreed upon between the respective parties and tracked accordingly - Assessed and highlighted the critical path and assisted in the punctual identification of RAID logs - Worked to remove resource bottlenecks along with other blocking issues and suggested corrective actions
