ABOUT CLAUDIO DE TOMA

I am a mechanical engineer graduated from Politecnico di Bari, with a strong passion for renewable energy and low-impact technologies. I currently serve as a Quality Manager in the renewable energy sector, leading the Quality team to ensure process excellence and full customer satisfaction. Throughout my professional journey, I have gained comprehensive experience in various quality areas: from Incoming Quality to Customer and Process Quality, up to my current responsibility of managing the team and continuous improvement processes. In this role, I coordinate cross-functional activities, define quality strategies and objectives, monitor KPIs, and implement concrete improvement actions that have led to significant results in reducing non-conformities and optimizing processes. Managing teams has strengthened my leadership, team building, and project management skills, fostering individual talent and creating a work environment focused on growth and innovation. Strong organizational skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work under pressure allow me to face daily challenges with determination and enthusiasm. I believe in the value of collaboration and sharing best practices, which are fundamental for achieving business goals.
