ABOUT CLAUDIO CECCARELLI

30 years experience in Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Management.I’ve been responsible for Demand Management, Customer Service, Production Planning, Scheduling and Control, Materials Procurement, Plant Product Portfolio Management, Technology Transfer and Artwork Development. I have got the APICS certification in Production & Inventory Management (CPIM).I\'ve been working in a multinational environments, managing internal resources and external consultants with a high level of competencies, I developed cross functional skills and methodologies related to Supply Chain Planning and Optimization, Project Management, Change Management, Process & Organization Re-engineering,Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Artworks Management.I have strong international and multi cultural communication and negotiation skills, leadership and a deep focus on the results, innovation and team working, always supported by a methodological approach to problem solving.From ‘93 to ‘09 I worked for Pfizer Italy, in the production plant of Latina, responsible for key roles in the Supply Chain and Product Technology Transfer, developing a deep knowledge of Pharma business and operational manufacturing processes.In ‘09 I left Pfizer to support a successful start-up of my family company in another branch of business. In \'10 I returned to the Pharma Business as responsible for Production Planning and Artwork management in Tubilux Pharma a third party manufacturer of ophthalmic products. In \'23 I joined Latina Pharma, a third party manufacturer of sterile and oral oncological products, as Supply Chain Manager.
