Claudio Stefani, a management engineer and the representative of the 17th generation of the Giusti family, leads a company proudly positioned as a leader in the production of premium-grade Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Joining the company in 2005 after an extensive consulting career at Accenture, he initially assumed the role of CEO at Acetaia Giusti, eventually becoming its owner in 2014.Under his guidance, characterized by a strategic vision, a strong focus on people, and an innovative spirit fostering flexible and continuously improving business management, the company has undergone significant evolution. Transitioning from a small family enterprise with a turnover of 1.6 million Euros and about ten employees, it has grown into an internationally recognized brand. Achieving a turnover of 17 million Euros, employing over 70 people, establishing four foreign commercial branches, operating three flagship boutiques, and exporting to 80 countries worldwide, the company\'s remarkable journey reflects Stefani\'s transformative leadership.
