Tali collaboratori e dipendenti sono unicamente persone fisiche e non possono svolgere la propria attività contemporaneamente a favore di più soggetti iscritti (cfr. art. 128-octies, comma 2, del TUB). Gli Agenti trasmettono all\'OAM l\'elenco dei propri dipendenti e collaboratori di cui si avvalgono. Gli Agenti in attività finanziaria, persone fisiche o costituiti in forma di società di persone, possono avvalersi per il contatto con il pubblico di dipendenti o collaboratori che siano anch’essi iscritti nell\'elenco per gli Agenti in attività finanziaria tenuto dall’OAM. Tali soggetti devono essere in possesso dei requisiti di onorabilità e professionalità indicati nell’art. 128-quinquies, comma 1, lett. c).
