At FM Logistic, my role as Country IT Manager centers on maintaining exemplary IT service levels across multiple warehouses in Italy, ensuring the seamless implementation and migration of warehouse management systems (WMS), Startup of new customer, Continuous Improvement Projects for the existing customers and revamping legacy software to align with modern technology standards.
