Corporate level Director responsible for ensuring Chromalloy\'s component manufacturing ability to achieve production rates on newly introduced products across multiple sites both domestically and internationally. Working in a matrixed organization structure, orchestrate activities between the Engineering, Operations, Business Development, SIOP and Finance organizations to maximize the company\'s opportunity to generate sales and revenue, targeted at meeting or exceeding yearly financial projections in a $1B/year revenue environment. Facilitate execution by optimizing communication, connecting dots and removing barriers associated with monthly goal completion. Influence teams to make correct decisions utilizing extensive Engineering, Operational and Regulatory experience.
