Experienced from a drafting board and assisting in a concrete formwork yard, to computerized CAD, to management of a formwork design team, to project management, to sales, and then into management without ever losing focus or looking for ways to improve and use formwork/ falsework better for all projects and customers. Skilled in Negotiation, Project Estimation, Construction, Pre-construction, and Contract Management but always looking for ways to improve or create new ideas and products for the concrete forming industry. Extensive sales and technical engineering knowledge with a strong background of various wall forming & shoring systems for over 35 yrs since 1986. Have designed the various form systems available in the market; collaborated in the concept/design/trial/introduction/ & usage of a new form system; trained field personnel for various general contractors & subcontractors in English and Spanish. I have worked alongside with designers, engineers, and architects in many design to build projects not just in using a better form but showing how to use the forms better. I have designed, rented, and sold the various systems to the many GREAT CONTRACTORS that I have come in contact with throughout my career, and at the same time managed their various accounts, while managing a sales force and currently the managing for forming & shoring operations for Trekker Group throughout Florida. This gained knowledge and expertise being put to use for Trekker Group with two stocking yards (Haines City & Davie) for the benefit of our customers and distributors. Many of the Wall Forming systems in Trekker\'s inventory are handset forms / panels,(3) different clamp systems (1,500 PSF) that can be handset or ganged, and a true radius steel face wall forming system that can do multiple radiuses with just one set of forms (1,650 PSF). Many shoring systems available like the Fast Deck system, HD Shoring Frames system, Aluminum Gates System, Aluminum Truss Tables, amongst others.
