I\'m responsible for the Portfolio Management of Observation Systems & RADAR Programs for European Space Agency, European Community and Commercial/Export. In parallel as Director of Project Management Office I\'m responsible for : 1. Listing and prioritising programmes and projects in line with the organisation’s strategies and goals 2. Allocating resources to the portfolio. Balancing supply with demand. Defining standard processes, tools and reporting schemes to be used in all programmes/projects of the portfolio and establishing support functions. Continuously monitoring and controlling the programmes/projects of the portfolio. Initiating corrective actions. Delete programmes/projects from the portfolio when they are no longer relevant or the business strategy has changed and ensure there is a feedback mechanism for lessons learnt. Selecting and adding new projects/programmes to the portfolio.
