Increased our referral hires from 25% to 36%(2024 finalist for Innovator of the Year by McKnights Tech Awards).• Developed monthly recruiting scorecard and reports that provide visibility into recruiting metrics for our leadership team. • Implemented numerous improvements to the candidate experience by removing barriers, improving transparency, elevating communication and streamlining new hire onboarding.• Successfully reduced: candidate drop-off by 88%(from 57% to 7%), candidate application completion by 77%(from 13 min to 3 min), candidate time in process by 46%(from 41 days to 22 days), and number of interviewers for select jobs by 47%(from as many as 22 down to as little as 3).
