I\'ve had to fall back into my contingency plan as I have failed at being a \"rock star\". The old adage stands \"do what you are good at\" and singing is not where my creative talents lie.My creativity is in the way I solve problems and my superpower is my Pied Piper ability to bring people together to work towards a common goal. I have four year experience in field marketing and project management domestically and internationally. I worked to integrate my former organization into communities they had projects in to introduce them as a good corporate neighbor. This included working with all project stakeholders to identify objectives, create strategies, and execute tactics. Historically, I have always expanded my reach beyond the constraints of my role. My values include surrounding myself with good people, understanding mistakes are learning opportunities, discarding and rebuilding what doesn\'t work, and having fun doing it.My current focus is growing my quantitative and digital marketing skills to evolve into a different kind of a rock star. The end goal is to align myself with an organization that is interested in being part of the revolution to break conventions.
