Execute LGC\'s global HR strategy in alignment with the global business strategy for three different sites across the US- Partner with site leaders to identify site-specific goals to drive the growth strategy and proactively manage and coordinate all HR related topics needed for each site\'s and teams\' success- Coach, advise and partner with managers and employees on a variety of areas including: employee relations, investigations, performance management, policy interpretation, compensation and benefits- Manage implementation of HR processes and programs from global to local and from A-Z by partnering with site leaders to manage organization design and drive development for the business and colleagues by applying a people and retention-oriented approach- Coach leaders and employees to drive culture, talent and employee development initiatives focusing on local needs based on the global strategy- Promote and protect a culture of inclusivity that values diversity and reinforces fairness and consistency for all team members by raising awareness and refusing to tolerate non-compliant behaviors- Employ employee surveys and focus groups to develop and implement feedback-based, employee-focused initiative and action plans to increase employee morale and optimize people engagement and teamwork.
