Café Tres Monas is a social enterprise that looks to empower and support women coffee producers in Costa Rica. We work in collaboration with the Women’s Coffee Alliance to provide diverse workshops and professional opportunities to help them position themselves more competitively in the market.• Assisted the Women\'s Alliance in Coffee in Costa Rica with workshops and capacity building on financial literacy, sustainable soil treatment and coffee futures for the professional growth and process improvement of female coffee producers in the country• Identified key opportunities for professional growth and process improvement for female coffee producers in the country • Built a professional partnership with a Chicago-based coffee roaster to export bags of green coffee from Costa Rica• Made production processes more sustainable by implementing NAMA (Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Actions) into our practices@cafetresmonas
