I lead the long-term experience vision for Thinkific, shaping how design creates business value across the entire product ecosystem. Core areas of impact:Vision practice leadership: Defined the principles and frameworks for how Thinkific conducts long-horizon thinking. I own the process of how future-state concepts are socialized and connected back to the current product roadmap.Strategic discovery and market signals: Run continuous discovery programs that synthesize market signals, customer research, and emerging technology into a coherent direction. I focus on identifying the questions the org needs to answer a year ahead.AI-native interaction models: Anticipate how AI-native interactions change the experience model. I use AI prototyping to compress the time between idea and reaction, making technical possibilities tangible through high-fidelity POCs.Experience systems and guidelines: Define the long-term direction for how the Thinkific experience feels and behaves. I work with staff designers to ensure the design system evolves to support future product paradigms and maintains a high bar for quality.Executive influence and alignment: Operate across multiple layers of the org to build alignment with VP-level stakeholders. I translate complex, long-horizon thinking into narratives that drive real strategic decisions and cross-functional buy-in.Organizational leadership: Model high-trust, collaborative ways of working between design, engineering, and product. I focus on leading to create the conditions where ambitious, visionary work can thrive.
