I am a professional with proven history of excellence and results in the medical devices abd mining industry. I have successfully managed fast paced and complex supply chain operations. I have been able to optimize, even transform processes and significantly reduce cost using lean principles across my career.Very proudly I consider myself a people-centered leader. I listen and engage with my team, this allows me to understand the individual\'s strengths, helping them to achieve their professional goals while supporting their personal motivators.I hold an MBA and a Certification in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM), which has provided me with a rounded strategic perspective and business acumen in the companies I have had the privilege to work with.
