I led the successful launch of the Voltimum Loyalty Programme in the UK and Germany as a product manager, targeting installers, electricians, and contractors. This initiative allows them to earn points for purchases and engagement with the Voltimum academy. As Product Owner, I managed requirements, oversaw platform development, and integrated it into the Voltimum ecosystem. I work closely with our marketing team and partners to coordinate joint marketing campaigns and initiatives. I worked on an Ecommerce Enhancement Initiative with our LA team to create a platform that aggregates product data, simplifying procurement for electricians. This platform seamlessly integrates with our loyalty program, offering rewards for purchases from participating manufacturers. I play a vital role in our digital transformation team, shaping our future through technology-driven innovation, improved efficiency, and enhanced customer experiences. This includes- Developing and executing a strategic digital transformation plan aligned with our goals- Collaborating with the head of engineering to enhance our technologies and processes- Leading change management for successful digital adoption- Implementing new digital tools and systems to meet business needs and drive measurable benefits- Leveraging data analytics to optimize decision-making and processes- Enhancing customer experiences using digital channels and technologies- Mitigating risks in our digital transformation efforts.
