I lead the development and delivery of the occupancy strategy for the multifunctional building (MFB) at Ada’s Docklands campus. This planning-led role requires close collaboration with Ada’s construction, operations and design teams, alongside proactive engagement with the local authority, planning team and prospective tenants across the Docklands market.Alongside strategic planning, I focus strongly on community engagement, building relationships with local stakeholders, fostering collaboration, and identifying opportunities for community use within the MFB. My work also explores partnerships that support wider social and economic objectives, ensuring the building contributes meaningfully to both the campus and the surrounding community.

I’ve spent the last decade leading technology service delivery, cloud solutions, and digital transformation projects. For me, it\'s about people, processes, and performance coming together to create real business impact.I started my career in project and service delivery, but naturally found myself stepping into leadership roles, building high-performing teams, optimising workflows, and strengthening client relationships.In my previous roles, I led large-scale programmes, developed governance frameworks that improved project success rates, and leveraged CRM systems to enhance project tracking and resource management. I also strengthened my analytical skills, regularly reviewing, comparing, and presenting data to drive informed decision-making and optimise performance.During my career break, I have taken the opportunity to further develop my leadership abilities by qualifying as a certified Life Coach and NLP Master Practitioner. This experience has deepened my understanding of effective communication, emotional intelligence.
