Her career was catalysed by her involvement with leaders like Barack Obama and Al Gore, inspiring her to embark on a global tour exploring sustainable food technologies and contributing to several influential climate change and sustainability publications, including 2 book by FAO.Besides, she is a climate activist and an advocate for women empowerment, human rights and indigenous communities and integration. ‍ In addition to her business achievements and activism, Claudia is a passionate educator. She holds teaching positions at the European Institute of Innovation for Sustainability and the Rome Business School, where she focuses on the impact of food technologies on climate change and the intersection of indigenous knowledge and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. She also is a Professor at the European Institute of Design teaching eco-design for international cooperation.With a solid academic background, including a degree in Political Economy from the University of Siena and multiple master\'s degrees, Claudia is a trusted expert in her field. She continues tocontribute to the global discourse on sustainability through her teaching, writing, and active involvement in various international initiatives.
