I have over 15 years of combined industry, and consulting experience, working with several Capital Markets Investment Banking institutions. I bring significant experience in Regulatory and Compliance Risk, Business Analysis, Transaction Cost Management, Controls Risk Assessment, Clearing & Settlement, Workflow Development, Process Modeling, Finance Transformation, Dodd-Frank Regulation, Program Management and Change Management. I\'ve managed work-streams to bring about the successful completion of various projects using best practices for SDLC. My experience spans across developing risk and compliance frameworks, project delivery, technology implementation and optimizing operational efficiencies. I have undertaken several reviews to assist clients in defining their competitive edge by assessing operational and compliance risk against the firms’ internal resources in an effort to identify their capabilities and competencies that will achieve sustainable competitive advantage. I have conducted value-add process reviews; identifying capacity constraints and areas of scalability and operational and regulatory risks. As a project manager I took accountability for managing projects through all project phases from analysis through implementation, using Software development life-cycle (SDLC); maintaining quality standards and consistent results. I have led finance transformation projects; advising clients on building in-house capabilities to manage transaction costs for brokerage, execution and clearing, realizing savings in excess of $140 M for the client.
