Served as a senior leader and advisor to the Executive Director on program content, design, and evaluation.Led the diversification and expansion of Veggielution\'s Food Entrepreneurship and Environmental Education programs in alignment with strategic and tactical goals.Developed program logic models, evaluation frameworks, and bilingual and culturally appropriate evaluation instruments to assess program impact. Monitored program activities and conducted annual evaluations in line with the program evaluation framework.In partnership with the development team, I managed services and contracts with government and private funders, ensuring compliance with funding agreements and timely reporting.Developed curriculum for five educational projects focused on climate action, advocacy, and the growth and promotion of fair food system businesses.
