I\'m a Molecular Biologist with experience in the Pharmaceutical environment. I work in Takeda as a Process Expert in the Manufacturing Science department, in which the main activities are: Execution of process investigation and product impact assessments;Trouble shooting on the floor and problem solving;Yield tracking;Provide technical support with regard to manufacturing processes;Support manufacturing by continuous process improvement and process stabilization initiatives (Yield, cycle time and compliance improvement projects, validation projects);Evaluate/organize the evaluation of process trending data, identify relevant trends and plan and execute proactive process stabilization activities; Preparation of technical documents and process risk assessment;Evaluation/preparation of planned process changes within Change Control System;Support for internal and external auditsParticipation to internal and/or external multifunctional/functional team;Securing that all internal and external requirements regarding GMP, EHS, and safety fulfilled.I\'m in close contact with the site’s manufacturing/quality organizations and global stakeholders provided to the site’s operations.Before being a Process Expert I had the role of Training Coordinator, responsible for training of the personnel, in compliance with current pharmaceutical legislation.Before working in a Pharmaceutical Company, during the preparation of my Master\'s thesis, I was in a Molecular Virology Lab, In which I did research experiments, studying the relationship between viruses (HPV in particular) and the Interferon System. After my study I also did an intership in a clinical analysis Lab, as a technician.
