Legal Counsel (1 year PQE) with a strong foundation built through a seven‑year Solicitor Apprenticeship, giving me extensive hands‑on experience across employment, commercial and data‑protection work well before qualification. I advise senior leaders, HR and operational teams on sensitive employee‑relations matters, Tribunal and ACAS cases, investigations, and employment documentation. I support a wide range of commercial contracting and data‑protection needs, including reviewing and negotiating agreements, assessing supplier risks, advising on international data‑transfer and privacy compliance, and updating internal governance materials My experience also spans corporate support, commercial litigation and international expansion projects, enabling me to deliver clear, pragmatic advice that balances legal risk with commercial outcomesI joined DWF in September 2017 whereby I started the Paralegal Apprenticeship with BPP University.
