ABOUT CLAUDIA S.

Just graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Politics at the University of Birmingham, and started a new role in NBCUniversal\'s International Media Operations as part of the Projects Delivery team. At NBCUniversal, my focus is on enabling seamless project execution within the International Media Operations (IMO) department.At Modality Partnership, I worked across digital innovation, strategy, and programme delivery. I supported strategic tenders and business cases, drafted SOPs for AI use in complaints, supervision, and document automation, and scoped cases for a custom GPT to streamline clinical, governance, and administrative workflows. I also designed and led Modality’s Summer Internship Programme, recruiting and onboarding 5 interns for an 8 week placement, with opportunity for full time role where applicable.Alongside this, I supported brand-building efforts, including launching a TikTok channel for women’s health and lifestyle management, producing LinkedIn content via Canva, writing internal comms, partner bios, and onboarding materials.At Pathfinder Healthcare CIC, where I continue to volunteer, I’ve overseen the end-to-end delivery of national events—including venue sourcing, scheduling, sponsorship collection, delegate comms, ticketing, and on-the-day support. I created Pathfinder’s website and lead its marketing strategy, growing our online presence from scratch with zero spend. I’ve co-authored collaboration papers, supported academic and global health partnerships, and represented Pathfinder at both national and international conferences.
