I am providing H&S and Fire Engineer consultant services for several companies. I developed a Fire Strategies ( Residential, for train stations, for substations), Fire Risk Assessments (Type 1, Type 2, Type 4), Fire Design Checklist, Fire Technical Advices, Fire Site Assurance Inspectios, and FRAEW.TFL (London Underground/ Blara Group)- Lillie Bridge Depot (Earl\'s Court): The remodeling of the London Underground Lillie Bridge Depot, includes modification of the West Kensington entrance, remodeling of the railway, reallocation / construction of storage space and alteration of pipelines drainage, demolition of Earl\'s Court 1 and Earl\'s Court 2 as part of the renovation work on \'Earl\'s Court and West Kensington Opportunity Area\'. TFL (London Underground)- The requalification of the Ruislip Depot, which includes the renovation works of the depot and construction of a storage building and access to the ATC Fit out warehouses.The Vase (£ One Blackfriars is a mixed-use development (267 apartments and a 168-room hotel) on No. 1 Blackfriars Road in Bankside, London (Berkeley Group). Blackwall Reach Project (Hill Partnerships Company): Development with 242 apartments, consisting of 3 tall apartment blocks (Block H with 24 floors and Blocks G and L with 10 floors) and 2,472.4m² of commercial area. I provided consultant services ( Safety & fire) for Avondale, it is a new building located in Westminster, in the heart of the city of London overlooking the River Thames and the English Parliament. The existing building consisted of three independent structures made up of two 9-story office buildings and the Howard Hotel, which was built in 1974, the new project consists of a 10-14-story residential and hotel building, divided into three towers, with 147 residential apartments and a hotel with 113 rooms. The new development also includes improvements to the surroundings with a new open public space.
