   Assistant Program Manager for Surface Training Advanced Virtual Environment (STAVE): Damage Control Fire Fighting Trainers and Damage Control Wet Trainers.Serving as the Damage Control and Contract Maintenance Support/Sustainment (COMS) Mission Area Chair (MAC) Manager within the Surface Warfare Training Systems Program Office (PMS 339), part of the Surface Warfare Directorate (SEA 21) under Team Ships, I oversee the portfolio for the development, installation, and sustainment of Surface Engineering Training Systems. This includes leading efforts for Damage Control Fire Fighting Trainers (FFT) and Damage Control Wet Trainers (DCWET) under the Surface Training Advanced Virtual Environment (STAVE) Contract Operations, Maintenance, and Sustainment (COMS) program.As a Portfolio Manager and Damage Control MAC Manager, I direct project managers in delivering training solutions that address Fleet requirements while adhering to budgetary and schedule constraints. I manage the creation, modernization, and sustainment of training systems across five Fleet concentration areas and various training commands, ensuring readiness and operational alignment with Navy business objectives.I monitor performance metrics to ensure program goals are met and strategically aligned. Additionally, I work across organizational boundaries to integrate and implement strategic initiatives, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in support of Fleet organizations and commands. My role ensures the seamless operation, maintenance, and advancement of critical training capabilities for the Surface Warfare Enterprise.
