Hi, I’m Claudia. Thanks for stopping by At CK People, I help companies find talent and build connections that truly make a difference.I started my journey in HR at AgioGlobal, and later at Pixie I discovered my passion for tech recruiting, sales, and client negotiations. During that time, I managed end-to-end hiring processes, acting as the bridge between companies and candidates, ensuring both sides truly connected.Over time, I realized that traditional recruiting wasn’t for me: too many KPIs, forced margins, and not enough focus on what really matters — people. That’s how CK People was born: my own independent headhunting project, focused on tech startups and scaleups that need talent without fluff or empty promises.I only work with real vacancies, running agile, human, and transparent processes.
